MPG4-DVR Overview:
Free Shipping with The Newest Development from Chance-i, is the Hardware Compression based MPG4 DVR cards with real time viewing and recording capability.
The MPG4-DVR series cards allow rapid record times, and reduced system stress by processing the video on board the card itself, allowing the PC to perform perfectly as the interface. On board processing also allows the recording of independant audio streams for systems which are more multimedia based. Two-way audio is also available with this DVR card system.
